The change of seasons also brings new challenges to keeping your back healthy. Keeping just a few things in mind can make all the difference.
⋅Take breaks
⋅Remember proper bending techniques
⋅Before and after your activities, remember to take a 15 minute walk. It will help you relax, and loosen up all of those muscles.
⋅Don’t forget to exercise six days a week, for a minimum of 45 minutes. It will help you maintain optimum health, as well as make your summer activities easier, and more enjoyable.
